From a Personal Problem to a Game-Changer Innovation
VING NIRUN™ is more than just a product—it’s the outcome of a deeply personal journey. The concept was born from the real running struggles of founder Way Watee Wichiennit, a recreational runner who consistently suffered pain from traditional running shoes due to his naturally wide forefoot. Conventional sneakers simply didn’t fit, causing discomfort and limiting his performance. Frustrated but inspired, he began developing sandals that could offer both freedom and function—footwear that wouldn’t hold him back.
Over the course of 3-years, what began as a self-made solution evolved into a bold mission: to create a sandal that could rival high-end super-shoes in both comfort and competitive performance. This ambition led to the birth of NIRUN™, the world’s first flip-flop equipped with Super Carbon Plate technology, blending cutting-edge innovation with lightweight design.
